Donald W. Byles has a degree in Business Administration from Bryant College, and was graduated from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science. He holds a Connecticut Embalmers license and is certified by the Funeral Service Examining Boards of the United States. Mr. Byles, employed since 1971, is the third generation operating the company founded by his grandfather in 1906. He lives in Groton with his wife and two daughters

John D. MacDougall, a Groton native, was graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Mortuary Science. He holds a Connecticut Embalmers license and is certified by the Funeral Service Examining Boards of the United States. Mr. MacDougall has been with the family company since 1977. He lives In East Lyme with his wife and two daughters.

Reid B. Burdick, a New London native, was graduated from the American Academy-McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in New York City. He holds a Connecticut Embalmers License and is certified by the Funeral Service Examining Board of the United States In 1982 he was licensed by the British Institute of Embalmers. He has been employed with the company since 1972 and lives in New London with his wife. The Burdick's have three children.
